A few decades ago I was a mad man rushing from contractual negotiations, business meetings and keeping a NASA facility operating. Always on the go. One day I stepped out of an elevator and here was this laid back, 65+ balding man with a bright smile, who took notice of my rush. He politely suggested that I slow down, in all aspects of my life and that was when I noticed he was wearing An Old Guys Rule T-shirt. I never forgot those words, that man and started to deescalate my lifestyle.
